Bryan Beaton

Bryan Beaton, MBA MRICS RV is a RICS Registered Valuer and has a domestic valuation license in Serbia.  Mr. Beaton holds an MBA in Real Estate and Construction from the University of Reading, UK. Moreover, he also holds a Graduate Diploma in Business and Admin. from Simon Fraser University, Canada.  Mr. Beaton held the position of Head of Valuation in King Sturge/JLL for seven years. He successful managed UCTAM and Ambassador Park Dedinje (Unicredit Serbia) where he successfully acquired, managed, and disposed of real estate assets. Mr. Beaton, a leader in the community, currently manages Atrium Property Services, a company with €4M+ revenue and more than 200 employees.

 Mr. Beaton is very active outside work hours and sits on the Board of Directors for Canadian Serbian Business Association (CANSEE) and the Supervisory Board and Disciplinary Board of Association of Appraisers Serbia (DPS). He is also a member of The Serbian Association of Managers (SAM).
