Vladislav is Advisory Market Leader Director in Pricewaterhouse Coopers Consulting Serbia.

His diversed 22 year professional career built up his expertise in financial advisory, restructuring, valuation, project management and strategy development, in industrial and financial sector, plus academic work. Vast experience is related to reform agenda projects of the Serbian governments in banking system rehabilitation and privatization.

In 2009 – 2013, he was the Director of Privatization Agency, Serbian central privatization authority. The responsibilities included the operational management, privatization origination and execution, post-privatization monitoring and improvements of privatization framework in Serbia.

Vladislav was instrumental in numerous projects of the Serbian transition governments since 2001. The project agenda included sucessfull initial restructuring of Serbian banking sector of the NBS, regulatory improvements of financial legislation, strategy development and numerous privatization transactions. He was operationally responsible for several largest privatizations in Serbia, inlcluding the large stone so far (sale of Mobi63 mobile operator to Telenor). Major privatizations managed: sucessfull sale of Jubanka, Novosadska, Panonska, Vojvodjanska and NSB banks, DDOR Insurance, all privatized to large regional and international strategic players.

He hasserved on the Supervisory Board of the National Bank of Serbia in 2004-2005 and was the Chairman of the Management Board of Komercijalna Banka in 2006-2009.

In 1994. – 2000. Vladislav gain edvaluable financial experience in Deloitte CEE. Duringthe period of 1995-2010 Vladislav worked at the Faculty of Economics of the Belgrade University, department for Finance and Accounting.

Vladislav holds a Master Degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade and is a PhD candidate.
